A. 1.1 Cluster: 1 power clean to 1 hang squat clean E3MOM for 15 minutes

B. 10 minute AMRAP of:

1 power clean 115/80   RX+ 155/105  (55 and over 95/65)

1 hang squat clean 115/80  RX+ 155/105  (55 and over 95/65)

1 barbell push-up

2 power clean

2 hang squat clean

2 barbell push-ups

3 power clean

3 hang squat clean

3 barbell push-ups

Continue pattern 4-4-4, 5-5-5, … until time expires
