REMINDER: We will be hosting The Murph Challenge this Saturday at 9am. All other classes on Saturday are canceled. We will be closed on Sunday 5/24 and Monday 5/25 in observance of Memorial Day.

    I have to give a BIG thanks to Mandee for pushing me this AM to do Isabel Rx’d. She had confidence in me when I did not have it in myself. That was a huge eye-opener for me & that’s just one more reason why I love CFSHV!
