WOD:

A. EMOM for 10 minutes 5 pull-ups:  Perform hardest accomplishable and adjust as needed–weighted, strict, kipping, banded, ring rows

B. 4 rounds for time of:

400m run

15 deadlifts 185/125

9 toes to bar
