    Great Job to these young gentlemen and all CFHSV athletes that went on a very hot, muggy, and tough date with “Eva.” This is one of those WODs where you have to strap in for the long haul. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! CoachDB out

      DB….Eva wrecked me for the last 2 days. Just now able to straighten out my arms. This is the first WOD in my 4 years of Crossfit that took me over one hour to complete. Only one close was Murph with the 20# weight vest. Do us a favor and dont bring it up again until some time in the Fall…:-)
