    Dan doin Spider-Man things on that rope. Daniel is a body weight ninja but don’t sleep on his strength cause he’s made his biggest gains there. Daniel and his family have been the best since joining. Daniel loves to compete against himself first and a select few friends, like all of us. He’s always kind and personable to his classmates and coaches and that’s what makes him, Kim, and their two boys so good for CFHSV.

    Daniel displaying his cat like skills! It’s fun to watch this guy fly up the rope! Daniel is a well rounded CrossFit athlete who digs deep every time he walks through the door. It’s awesome to have the whole family at the gym and I’m excited to have their little one back at CF Kids for the summer! He’s a little athlete just like his parents and I’m lucky enough to get high fives every time I see him! Awesome family that makes CFHSV a better place!
