B. Spend 5 minutes working on linked toes to bar

B. 12 minute Ascending AMRAP of:

1 ground to overhead 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

1 toes to bar

2 ground to overhead 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

2 toes to bar

3 ground to overhead 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

3 toes to bar

4 ground to overhead 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

4 toes to bar
