I love the shirt!! Thanks for the idea of getting John to sign your shirt, David. I am going to do the same but have him sign it on my back. 🙂 That was the most amazing thing to witness, and I am glad we have something to help us all remember it!

I have a chance to take an outdoor obstacle course for a test run this weekend and wanted to see if I could get any Crossfit friends to join me. It is in New Market at an outdoor camp. There is a 10 ft wall, long tube, rope climb, balance beam and a rope swing.

The director of the camp needs some people to run through it to test and make adjustments. You can contact me at matthew@matthewhillis.com

Awesome job baby. Great work to all the athletes that PR’ed. I was not one of them and I blame John Hand for not showing up to sign my shirt. It ruined my morale and drive to succeed.

10+6 Rx (He said he was gonna gloat so i’m stealing his thunder…Nathaniel beat me by 2)

      • Nathaniel says:

Haha! Yes! Finally. I beat The McMillion in a wod. Took everything I had. If the wod would have lasted 12:10 he would have beat me.

Anyone willing to trade me their medium Open Shirt for my large? They run bigger than the ones from last year, and I would like to have a medium. 🙂
