Thursday, 11/23: all classes canceled

Friday, 11/24: Two classes only at 915AM and 1030AM. We WILL have childcare for both classes. All other classes canceled.

Saturday, 11/25: CFHSV Annual Iron Bowl / College Game Day WOD! 9AM! We WILL have childcare. All other classes are canceled.

    Oh my gracious, TJ is a STUD! This guy is full of fun and energy, as friendly as they come, and a beloved member of our CFHSV community. He has been giving it his all since he walked through the door many years ago. The sky is the limit TJ — keep reaching! ?

    TJ represents everybody and that’s why he’s the people’s champ. He’s got a smile and attitude that brightens the gym the second he appears. He’s got a work ethic that’s hard to match. He’s everyone’s friend and one of CFHSV’s best ever. Keep the faith!

    “It’s right here.” Proud of TJ for his accomplishments in the box and the classroom. That’s a D1 football player with multiple degrees, and the positive attitude of a champion. But he knows that talking about what you did can only last 24 hours. It’s still your set! Deadlifts means #ttptb
