Warm up:

250m row

3 DB man makers

EMOM for 5minutes, try to increase weight each round

 

WOD:

A.

OHS: 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1

Front Squat: 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1

Back Squat: 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1

Try to increase load on each of the 15 sets

Start each round E2MOM

B. 5min AMRAP

7 strict chin ups

35 double unders

 

Powerlifting:

A. High bar back squat: 1×3 @65%, 1×3 @75%, 1 x max reps @80%, rest 3minutes between sets

B. Weighted pull ups 3 x failure, 1 rep @ 65%, rest 3minutes

C1. 3×10 glute-ham raises, rest 30 seconds

C2. 3×10 evil wheels, rest 30 seconds

    I felt a muscle pull in my back on my first back squat attempt and decided to stop. I was able to do the AMRAP though.
