    Doesn’t get any better than Teddy. This young man brings a giant smile to the gym every day. His positivity is contagious and appreciated. Teddy posts up in the back corner and he’s almost always with his young stud son Caleb. They’re a special combo. Teddy has done a magnificent job of being consistent and making gains over time. He can do it all and does it all with the right attitude and maximum effort. Keep it up Teddy!

    Teddy showing off that picture perfect kettlebell swing! Man, I love this guy. He’s genuine, friendly and always positive. He works incredibly hard and always has a great perspective and attitude, too. Teddy has made some impressive gains in all areas of his fitness, and it’s no doubt due to his commitment and consistency. Teddy most definitely makes CFHSV a better place! ☺️
