    Look at those kiddos riding those rowers into the ground while their partners plank for their lives. Partner WODs at CrossFit Kids is next level. Their cute and scary at the same time. Love seeing this and knowing what’s happening down the street. The future is bright!

    I love watching the CrossFit kids throw down and crush those wods. Coach Misty and Coach Carolyn are amazing with those little athletes. I’m of course particular proud of my girl there in red. She goes into every wod with a positive attitude, tries her hardest, and cheers on her fellow peers. ❤️
