    Sub 4 minutes through the pull-ups then a crash and burn on the push-ups. There’s only room for improvement. Keep going hard everyone!

    24:39 no where to kip at station so had to do pull ups strict. It took forever.

    21:52 Scaled. I am with everyone else – the push ups killed me. And my push ups were scaled! At the end I was doing 5 at a time. It takes a long time to get to 100 doing 5.
