I just ran in to Wes here at work, and apparently we (6:00 AM class) did it wrong! We were supposed to do military style for the butterfly and none of us actually RX’ed the WOD!! Talk about killing your spirit and mood – here I was walking on my toes and glowing having added ONE more RX to my growing list (it now totals 4) –

F that. We ruled! We scaled up the second set of situps and scaled down the first set. That is a net of zero which equals…..Rx’d baby! 🙂
