A. Bench Press: 5 sets of 4-5 reps   TEMPO   E2:30MOM

B. 12 minute AMRAP of:

3 barbell push-ups

3 shoulder to overhead  135/95   RX+ 165/115   (55 and over 105/70)

30 double unders

6 barbell push-ups

6 shoulder to overhead  135/95   RX+ 165/115   (55 and over 105/70)

30 double unders

9 barbell push-ups

9 shoulder to overhead  135/95   RX+ 165/115   (55 and over 105/70)

30 double unders

12 barbell push-ups

12 shoulder to overhead  135/95   RX+ 165/115   (55 and over 105/70)

30 double unders

15-15-30, 18-18-30…continue pattern until time expires

    I can just about predict when bench day will show up. It’s always, ALWAYS, the day I take a rest day. Hmph!!
