Kathy hangin strong! The 6min hang is not for the faint of heart and Kathy hasn’t backed down from a CrossFit challenge yet. Kathy has been with us for many years now and she’s always been consistent with her training. She uses her training and fitness outside the gym for fun and adventure which is awesome too. Always welcoming to new members and quietly going about her business she’s one of CFHSV’s best 😊
