    Morgan is serious business when she throws down! The first representative from our CrossFit Kids program to enter CFHSV and she represents big time! Morgan has the skills, work ethic, and attitude to do anything she wants and we’re sure lucky she likes CrossFit! Keep showin out young rock star!

    Proud mama over here!! Love seeing you put so much effort into staying fit and healthy!! The transition from kids crossfit to the adult gym was so smooth. Thanks to Coach Misty for training her up properly she’s been able to grow in the world of crossfit so much in the last two years. Thanks to all of her “new” coaches as well for continuing to train her and instill the love of a healthy lifestyle weekly. Morgan LOVES crossfit huntsville and it shows.     Morgan looking focused and determined! Nothing can take her down. Exactly what CFHSV can do for you. Wish I had that nice of a barbell front rack.
    Complex = 95lbs
    Split Jerk = 115 – 135 – 155 – 175(f) – 175
    WOD as written with a 1.5pood KB and 145lb Split Jerks. Had to do all single Clean & Split Jerks, cannot link that many Split Jerks. Can’t lower the bar yet, working it.
