Round 2 Load = 135/95   RX+ 155/105   MRX 115/75

Round 3 Load = 155/105   RX+ 185/125   MRX 135/85

Round 4 Load = 185/125   RX+ 205/135   MRX 155/95

Core & Shoulder Development

30 Walking Double KB OH Lunges (15each leg)
30 GHD Sit-Ups
30 Double KB Romanian Deadlifts

30ft Handstand Walk or 100ft Bear Crawl

30 Hip Extensions

    There ain’t no doubt this woman does everything better! Matrice is so awesome I don’t know where to start. She’s a kind, friendly, funny, caring and compassionate woman who also happens to be a fierce athlete and competitor. To know her is to love her, and I know I certainly do! So incredibly proud to have her at CFHSV and call her a friend! 😁

    ‘Trice! Lookin ripped Matrice. Best smile in the gym hands down. And she does core and development RX+ every day. Matrice has been a hard working consistent athlete since her first day years ago and she’s brought the same positive attitude and great sense of humor since her 101. Glad you found ‘Trice!

    Matrice is one tough woman! I’ve never seen someone go as hard as fast as she does! Seriously, I just about died Saturday trying to keep up with her RX+ core development! Her personality is delightfully contagious and I’m always thrilled when I get to wod with her! 😀
