Dave! A lunchtime staple, a CrossFit guru, and one of the nicest guys you’ll meet! Dave gives nothing but 100% and is always willing to lend a helping hand and words of encouragement to his fellow athletes. Way to be, Dave! 😁

CrossFit Hsv’s biggest cheerleader!! Always great to have Dave around when you feel like you want to give up … Dave will not let you stop!! And this guy can push some heavy weight around like it’s nothing. One of the 11:30 regulars and we like it that way. Keep killing it, Dave!

  5. Nathaniel says:

Thank you everyone for the kind words. It is difficult to adequately express the appreciation I feel for the friendship by the athletes and coaches at the gym. It is quite a community that we have all built and I am thankful everyday to be a small part of it.

My friend, Dave! He was the first person to welcome me to R&E, years ago, and not sure I could’ve held on without his encouragement. He’s tough as nails and does not quit! Ever! This picture is a great illustration of his determination and strength. And I too can attest to his calming voice at the end of a wod when you want to give in to the pain and let go. He won’t let you do it. Keep being you, Dave!
