WOD:

A. Squat Cleans & Bench Press:   E2MOM

4 squat cleans – 8 bench press – 3 squat cleans – 6 bench press – 2 squat cleans – 4 bench press – 1 squat cleans – 2 bench press – 1 squat clean – 1 bench press

B. 10 minute AMRAP of:

3 squat cleans  155/105   RX+  185/125   (MRX 125/85)

6 ring dips   RX+ 6 strict ring dips  0r  9 kipping ring dips  (MRX 6 bar dips)

36 double unders

C. Core Development:

1 minute GHD sit-up holld

2 minute high plank hold with 1 push-up every 10 seconds

35 hand release push-ups

35 GHD sit-ups
