U.S. Army First Sergeant Michael “”Hammer”” Bordelon, 37, of Morgan City, LA, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), based out of Fort Lewis, WA, died on May 10, 2005, from injuries sustained when a car bomb exploded near him in Mosul, Iraq on April 23, 2005.  He is survived by his wife Mila; children Mike Jr., Jacob, and Johanna; mother Dolores; and sister Doreen Scioneaux.

Friday: 915am & 1030am only (no childcare)

Saturday: 9AM Annual Iron Bowl WOD! (childcare starting at 830am, all other classes canceled)

Sunday: back to regular schedule

    Stanley slangin weight as usual! He came to the gym already a beast and now he’s getting CrossFit! Stanley has brought nothing but positive vibes, great work ethic, and encouragement to anyone he comes into contact with. Great guy to have at CFHSV. Stay the course!

    Heck yeah! What’s not to love about this stud?! Stanley is super strong, extremely motivated, very friendly and always receptive to coaching cues and advice. Always enjoy talking CrossFit and catching up on life with Stanley. 😁
