    Shea has been at CFHSV for years and always represents the early crew with some wit and fun along side her hard work. She knows how to serve a joke or two and how to wrangle a WOD to the ground before she tags and releases em till the next go round. You rock Shea!

    Oh yeah! This lady shows up early to put in work before most people are even out of the bed. Shea excels as an athlete and undoubtedly exemplifies the benefits of functional fitness outside the gym in her day to day life. This woman WORKS! And she’s pretty funny too 😁
