10 minute AMRAP:

10 Toes to Bar  or  10 Anchored WallBall Sit-Ups

**Catch = start with and at the top/start of every minute complete 5 Deadlifts**

    A: Apparently I did this incorrectly.
    I performed both the row and deadlifts E3MOM for 4rds –
    1st 3min – 1:43/280(7)
    2nd 3min – 1:44/325(5)
    3rd 3min – 1:48/375(3)
    4th 3min – 1:51/425(1)
    B: 6+2, RX w/T2B (spicy!!)
    – That is one stout looking class! My man, my buddy Michael Little up front!! BEAST!! Enough said!!
