    My man Bryce! Always showin off. Showin off the new bar, with that great front rack, and that clean garage. I wouldn’t expect anything less. Bryce and his family have been nothing but a blessing to CFHSV since they walked through the doors years ago. Bryce brings one of the best attitudes the gym has to offer when he shows up and he’s sure to get a joke or two in. Love the commitment buddy!

    That is a very organized home gym, Bryce!

    Attempted the floor press. I’m not sure I have the right body type for that – I couldn’t get full range of motion. But it gave me muscle fatigue before those push-ups anyway, so I guess it worked 🙂 85 lbs across, 5 reps on last set

    1:44 / 1:42 / 1:45 / 1:47 scaled to 85 lbs

      Nice job Regina! Told you we’d get that 85lbs next time😜. Sounds like you did the floor press correctly. The positioning of that movement doesn’t allow for the same range of movement you’d get with traditional bench. You did it right. Way to take it on!

    175-205-225-245-175(9)… my 22 month old son wasn’t the greatest spotter, the motivation was lacking. Screamed at me to stop and took the bar when I know I had at least one more in me!

    1:08/1:08/1:24/1:55!!! That last round couldn’t have gone worse, failed 4 pushups in and had to resort to sets of 3 after that.

    No bench, didn’t feel like messing with those floor presses so I did a bear complex build-up instead.

    Finished the WOD but forgot to record my times per round. Only have 115# in plates so did 18 reps of the deadlifts.

    No bench press rig at home, so Andrew and I did weighted pushups!
    Josh: 45(5) – 60(5) – 75(5) – 90(5) – 115(4) – 120(2) -120(2)
    Andrew: 15(5) – 30(4) – 45(3) – 45(3) – 60(2) – 60(2)
    Last time I did that was 6-7 years ago with Eric Hedges. Good times!

    10:20 scaled to 85lbs on DL which is 20lbs less than my bodyweight SO I didn’t take the full 2 min rest- just about 30 secs instead. Well & of course to catch my breath between this push ups!! Whew – arms are on FIRE!
