    The Kid is at it again. Sydney is too slick. And she gets it from her parents. Sydney is a young natural athlete who is well rounded in all things. She can GO when she hears the word. Not many kiddos her age are taking care of themselves the way she does and impressive to see. She’s also a total trip to talk and joke with…she got that from her parents too. Sydney is a favorite when she shows up because she’s authentic, witty, down to earth, and knows when to push herself. Always good to see Syd the Kid 😊

    Sydney showing off that speed! This young lady is a total stud in every sense of the word. She’s humble yet confident, quiet but assertive, and unique in more ways that one. Syd is a natural athlete who moves with beautiful form. She’s invested in her health and fitness, and she’s willing to put in the work to reach her goals. An awesome young lady who I am so proud to call a CFHSV athlete! Keep being you, Syd! 🙂

    Syd!! This girl can run like the wind! She’s bad to the bone and holds a special place in my heart. I knew she was different and special as soon as she walked through the door at CrossFit Kids.
