A. Deadlift: 5 sets of 6 reps E2:30MOM

B. 2 minute Sprint AMRAP:

5 shoulder to overhead 115/80  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

5 hang power clean 115/80  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

5 deadlift 115/80  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

rest 1 minute

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles

*start back where you finished at on 2 minute AMRAP*
