I know that silhouette! Wilma locked out and in control! She’s a total CrossFit stud that can do it all and has fought her way back from some set backs because of the driven disciplined person she is. She’s also kind to her core and a great representative of CrossFit and CFHSV.

Thank you for the kind words. CFHSV does so much for me in so many positive ways.
