B. Complete the following for time in any order or method you prefer for time. The only prerequisite is that all reps must be accumulated to completion.

30 horizontal ring rows, chest to rings

35 WBS 20/14  10′

40 burpees

45 KBS 32kg/24kg

    Was feeling rough during the workout today. Joints hurt. Sometimes coming into crossfit and taking an easy day isn’t bad. Can’t always have a good PR day:-).
