      Darned impressive! Second Nathaniel’s observation on 10 rounds with the CTB, not easy for guys, even less so for the ladies. STRONG.

      Thanks guys! I had several of the 9am’ers on my heels so I had to keep moving. Went unbroken on WBS/KBS, and chipped away at the CTB as I could. Okie DB’s ongoing reminder of the 5K run pace helped so much and gave me that mental cue when I thought my body couldn’t keep moving. TGTMRD!! (thank goodness tomorrow’s my rest day!)
