MEL-O-DEE! Rocking out a high skill movement, and as always, making it look effortless! This stud is some type of special. She is hands down the most impressive female weightlifter I have ever had the opportunity to coach. Even though I know firsthand just what she is capable of, I’m still in awe every time I see her move a barbell…and it’s usually a very, very heavy one! To top it off, she’s as sweet and kind and encouraging as anyone in the gym. Keep killing it, Melody, the sky is the limit! ?
It’s hard to choose what to brag on first with sweet Melody. She’s a high-skilled freakish athlete that owns just about every major lift on our leaderboard and she’s also one of the most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. She’s a humble athlete despite her unmatched talent and she’s fun and encouraging to everyone around her. It’s a one of a kind Melody!
Bad to the bone!
I always tell Melody how explosive she is and how impressive her power is on a barbell. But she never believes me because she is the most humble and sweetest human beings you’ll ever meet. Melody is easily one of the greatest people I’ve ever gotten to spend time with, whether it’s working on cleans during Open Gym, cheering her on at WZA, or drinking beers listening to her sing songs from the Little Mermaid. Thank you for being you Melody Adair! Crossfit HSV and the world in general are better places just because you’re in them.
