A. EMOM x 5 minutes: 3 snatch balance

rest 2 minutes, adjust weights

EMOM x 5 minutes: 2 squat snatch

B. 14 minute AMRAP of:

Buy In: 500m row

6 chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ muscle ups  (55 and over chin over bar pull-ups)

6 squat snatch 95/65   RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

18 Military ab-mat sit-ups un-anchored   RX+ GHD sit-ups
