    Jay looking picture perfect with that KB locked out overhead. Jay stays fit and focused as a dedicated guru of many disciplines of physical training. She’s the real deal no matter the test or obstacle. She’s quiet and driven and part of a great family that CrossFit at CFHSV. Keep it up Jay!

    I watched CrossFit kids do a three round version of this on Tuesday and said to myself “that looks terrible” Then lo and behold, Friday morning we get our own version of it. At least I got fair warning from Misty what was coming.
