    Aight William! I see ya with that big weight overhead. Nice to have William back in the building. He’s a solid athlete and a solid guy. William has an awesome laid back attitude that’s full of wit and humor. I appreciate the way he approaches his training and the balance he keeps with life, family, and humor. William ain’t afraid to joke with or about me before and after he attacks the WOD. Always enjoy seeing William at the gym. Keep slangin’ those bumper plates around stud!

    William looking strong with that solid overhead position. This dude has been throwing down with us at CFHSV for a long time, and the one thing that hasn’t changed is his witty sense of humor and his positive energy. He’s a hard working athlete with strength and skill. He’s friendly and outgoing, and always brings about laughs and smiles from anyone nearby. Always glad to see you throwing down at CFHSV, William! Keep it up 😁

    His wifey picked up 400lbs but the only story he relayed to me was about her box jump injury 😂. I’m never gonna let him live it down.

    William! Looking strong with big weight overhead! Always laid back, walks in with a smile and then throws weight around like it’s nothing! Anna sets the bar high for him at 5am so he has to show up and show out to try to catch her! Awesome family setting a great example for those kiddos!
