135 pound Thrusters were 5-3-3-2-3, 95 went unbroken and 65 were 15-8-7. Shoulders were on fire on set of 65, I think they were the hardest. Grip and shoulders going, going, gone.

Hi guys. Hope everyone is doing well. As some know, I’ve been out for a while with priority conflicts. I tried a couple weeks ago to get my “comeback” rolling, but have run into some issues at work. I won’t get into too many details, but my boss is trying to get me fired (because I draw attention to his incompetence every opportunity I have and because “I know people” he’s now on the chopping block) and he’s been trying to use my Crossfit time against me. We agreed, under the table so to speak, to a 1.5hr lunch (generally the only class I can make) as long as I make up the time, but now he’s using it against me.
He’s been harrassing me for months. He’s intimidated physically and professionally I believe. At first I thought it was coincidence, but now it’s quite clear. He knows I leave at 11:05 to go to the gym. He waits until 11:00 on the dot to hold me up with something… over and over and over again. I finally confronted him about it a couple weeks ago.
It got to the point where he made up blatant lies… told upper management that I threatened to hit him (complete lie), told them about my long lunches (which I make-up), etc. I had to file a “Hostile Work Environment” complaint and also had to threaten to go to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Going to one more meeting with HR right now. I think it’s finally going to be ironed out. Hopefully next week will be back to normal (my normal anyway) and I can come in and get my beast mode turned back on 😀
Dude, that sucks but it sounds like you’re taking the necessary and appropriate steps. Take care of business, CrossFit will be here when you can get back!
That’s so disappointing and honestly you are doing the right thing. Stay calm friend:) let crazy behave crazy( your boss). We miss you and I hope something is worked out.

B: 14:46 Rx’ed in the VFF on the road course. Heavy thrusters were 5-5-5 (should have gone unbroken, not feelingit this morning), medium thrusters were 10-10, light thrusters were all 30 unbroken in a futile attempt to chase Aaron’s time.
