This was/is an awesome class. Thank you to everyone who ran out on the track to bring me in. This class reminded me again of why I truly love CrossFit. It is not often in life, one is able to find a place where strengths and weakness are exposed every day, all while having those same strengths and weakness celebrated by all around you. CrossFit is that place for me. I’m approaching my 1yr anniversary with CFHSV. This class this day symbolized the exact reason there is no place I’d rather call my CF home.
