Truth be told, you could take a picture of this lady doing any movement in the book and I can guarantee it would display impeccable form and perfect standards. Megan is also super sweet and friendly, and she’s an absolute pleasure to have in class. Keep showing us how it’s done, stud! ☺️

    This young lady is the CrossFit Model of the day every day in the gym. Megan only does good reps. Her commitment to form, technique, and standard are hands down the best in the gym. I’m totally jealous. She’s even a sweeter person and always carries herself in the most polite way. It’s a good day at CFHSV as soon as she walks through the doors.
