Michael lookin’ jacked and owning that big weight like he does all his movements. Michael has made an easy transition to CFHSV and it seems like he’s always been here. The guy can do it all with strength, skills, and stamina that pack a CrossFit punch whenever he wants. Michael is a great guy that’s always humble, polite, friendly and easy to coach and be around.
