    I see ya Wendy Dub-Yu! Dang this young lady can do everything and make it look easy. She could be the CrossFit model of the day every day with her form and technique. She’s been a constant at CFHSV for years now. She’s the same person and athlete every day and that’s hard to do. Always friendly, always working, and always motivating those around her. Her smile, humor, and steadiness is motivating 😊

    There she is just busting out some rmu’s!! Wendy really can do everything and look effortless in the process. On top of being an amazing athlete, she is the truest of friends too. This girl got me through a tough 18 months and is just solid in every way. I love her dearly and I’m so thankful to have met her through crossfit! We’ve shared many laughs along the way! You are the best Wendy!

    WW!!!! She’s strong, she’s sweet, she’s always there! If you ever need someone to listen to you gripe and encourage you no matter what, Wendy should be your first call! She’s also an encyclopedia-full of knowledge and useless tidbits. Way to go WW! Now go nurse those rips!!
