    LJ showing off all her hard work, floating on top of that bar and making those muscle-ups look easy! This woman is a force. She is driven, focused, hard working and dedicated. All the while, she keeps a positive attitude, stays steady through setbacks, and never misses an opportunity to lend encouraging words to others. I’ve truly loved getting to know LJ and am so glad she’s made CFHSV her home. Stay after it, LJ! 😁

    LJ on top of the rig cause of consistent hard work. LJ has been nothing but a positive force since joining CFHSV. She was a stud athlete before she got here and she’s continued to work hard and improve in every area. But the best thing about LJ is what a kind, encouraging, and positive person she’s been. Glad you found us LJ 😊
