I used my laser range finder and compared it to 2 run mapping aps. (Since last time we ran we ran more than double the distance LOL) Borrow it anytime dude! Or just walk down the block and join us!
So we messed up the strength portion. First time since leaving the gym that I have messed a portion of the work up. Guess things are normal now at the home gym ☹️
