95# for 30 min. My slowest rounds were at the first at 20sec. Got the rest of the rounds finished around 15sec.
Rx’d for 30 min. Stayed within 13 and 14 sec. Started off first few at 14 sec. then stayed at 13 sec for the remainder. Thanks for a great morning of coaching, Nathaniel!

Did something like this on Saturday at home and squat muscles are still sore, so I did this at the home gym instead:
30 min running clock EMOM
Odd minutes: 5 deadlifts at 185lbs
Even minutes: 7 pullups/3 hspus
LOVED this WOD.
Rx’d for all 30 rounds.
Stayed under 14sec for all rounds, with the fastest rounds (11sec) coming at round 22 and 27.
Felt good to be back at 0600, too!
