    So many CrossFitting families at CFHSV and here’s one of them. Father son combo of Teddy and his son Caleb. Teddys been with us for years and now Caleb is showing the same effort and consistency as his dad. Love watching the bond they share and glad they’re committed to their fitness too. Keep it up Studs!!

    Love seeing families celebrate their health and work on their fitness together! Teddy is one of the nicest, most positive athletes at CFHSV, and Caleb is as polite and respectful as they come. These two work hard and support each other with a quiet but strong connection. Keep rocking you two! 😁
