He’s been at it a long time…..he goes .hard, fast, and there’s always a pool of sweat….. always encouraging , strong as a bull moose and a heck of a good guy.
Steve doing the common thing – KBS – uncommonly well. That’s what separates CrossFit from others. I saw those picture perfect swings with the 2Pood none the less. We certainly strive for that at CFHSV and appreciate the extra effort it takes to hit the standard set by CrossFit. Steve’s been slang’n weight at CFHSV for years and he’ll try to convince ya he’s gettin older but he ain’t. Proud to call Steve a friend and he’s CFHSV through and through.
Steve toting that big kettlebell and looking picture perfect in form, effort and intensity. This guy is as good as it gets. He’s encouraging, friendly, hard working and highly motivated. He’s always the first to welcome a new face and a fan favorite of the veteran CFHSV athletes. Steve always brings a smile to my face, and CFHSV would undoubtedly be lacking without his presence. I looked up Crossfit in the dictionary and it said “see Steve”; looked up Steve and it said “all around great guy who can be seen at CFHSV lifting extreme weights while encouraging others”.
