WOD:

A. Spend 10 minutes working on ring dips or scales

B. Spend 10 minutes working on box jumps: build up to a max height

C. Spend 10 minutes working on barbell OH stationary lunges: build up to a tough double

D. 15 minute AMRAP of:

8 ring dips

10 box jumps 24″/20″

12 barbell OH stationary lunges 95/65

    5+9 RX. Lunges are a goat. Weighted overhead barbell lunges are a bigger goat. Probably will be walking funny the rest of the week.
