    Oh man, what a team! Paula and Juan are awesome individuals who make a perfect pair. Love these photos of them perfectly in sync. They are both stud athletes who move well and make things look effortless. They are always so kind and encouraging to one another, and always friendly to those around them, too. Truly a great duo 🤗🤗 So proud to have them at CFHSV!

    Team WODs are back and no better team than Paula and Juan! These two are perfect partners in and out of the gym. I respect and appreciate the genuine love, respect, and connection that Paula and Juan share and show in the gym. They’re both great athletes that push and encourage one another to to their best each day. They’re committed in all that they do whether it’s each other, work, or gym time. Glad yall found us, keep reppin!
