What a stud couple these two make! Kayla and Matt have been consistent and hard working since day one, and it looks like they haven’t skipped a beat even while at home. Kayla and G Money putting in work next to each other is awesome to see. Matt’s always got a smile and Kayla always has a joke so it’s great to have em in class. I have never felt this bad in a wod. Shesh.
Been working out as usual but just busy busy getting ready to go to work. The WOD today was rough on my left shoulder in the warm up so I altered it to keep from injury. Instead of pull ups I did T2B & very light on snatches.
35lb KBS, 45 lbs thrusters, 10 lb snatch, T2B & 100 singles.
3 rounds & 92 reps- 60 shy of finishing. Looking forward to the gym opening up again!!
