5 rounds for time of:
30 box jumps 24″/20″
30 WBS 20/14 10′ clear line
0500/0600 crew lifting heavy weight!
My deepest respect for the strangers I’ll never meet that show out at 5 and 6am. My hat is off to you!!
Early risers, heavy lifters!
Nice work Doug, JD, Ben, and Jason!
PR-Stars of the CFHSV mornings!
Morning crew looking strong! 🙂
Awesome coaching from Team Fancy this morning!
30:05 scaled, forgot how to jump so I scaled box jumps to step-ups in second round.
The pictures just aren’t as pretty when it’s 0:darkthirty! lol
Team Fancy coaching it up this morning on this terrible, horrible, awful WOD.
Didn’t make 0600 so going tonight…but…this comment. It scares me. Sad I missed Team Fancy coaching!
Walls are the bane of my existence, so 150 of them made me hate the world today…
lol walls are pretty scary, but I meant wall balls 🙂
Rowed, stepped up only thing RX was Wall Balls of Fury.
39:52 with step ups, still a PR
I also want to thank coach DB for all the kind and encouraging words during and after “randy”. Thank you so much, it means a lot to me.
40:26 RX – 9:22 improvement over my June 15th ‘Kelly’.
Kelly will always hold a special place in my heart… it was the first WOD I did after my 101, almost a year ago to the day. I did almost no physical activity my entire life prior, so Kelly was a bit of a shock 🙂
I’m thankful every day for CFHSV and the positive impact all of you (coaches and athletes) have had on my life. Can’t wait for year two!
After looking for my last “Kelly” time I found it on 10-14-13… The day before I had Brecken. It took me 35 minutes to complete four rounds …. What a difference a year and a baby make!
Thank you a bunch for sharing this with all people you actually know what you are speaking
approximately! Bookmarked. Please also discuss with my web site =).
