WOD:

A. 12 minute death by muscle-ups (ring or bar), chest to bar pull-ups or pull-ups

B. Front Squat:  5 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 3    E3MOM

C. 2 minute AMRAP of:

12 squat cleans  95/65   RX+ 135/95   (MRX  75/55)

max reps burpee pull-ups

rest 3 minutes, add weight

2 minute AMRAP of:

9 squat cleans  135/95   RX+ 165/115   (MRX  95/65)

max reps burpee pull-ups

    He’s a Hammer Head Shark circling the rig and waiting to impose his will. Luckily Scott don’t bite he just lifts big and moves fast. Keep grinding stud!

    Scott can lift with the big dogs and run with just about anyone. Strong AND fast! A deadly combo and a true display of CrossFit! Keep killing it Scott! 🙂

    A. 7 with Ring MUs; Did 2 during 8th minute, but knew I wouldn’t make it. So, I sat out rest of minute and picked back up with C2B for 9-12.

    B. 205(5) – 220(3) – 230(2) – 245(1) – 220(3)

    C. 11/13 = 24 Rx+

    Ring MUs = 6rds + 3MU or 3 MU in minute 7
    Then finished out remaining 12 min with pull-ups.

    WOD 1 with Power Clean 95lbs = 10 Burpee pull-up
    WOD 2 with Power Clean 95lbs = 11 Burpee pull-up
