    previous 1rm was 185 so 190 for 3 is a win. I got 200 for 2 as well.

    A year ago this week (back in the warehouse up the street), we had a similar OHS WOD. Jake sent me into the corner to do squat therapy! Today I posted 135#, probably could have gone further. Thanks to Jake, Dennis, Tracey, and my CFHSV brothers and sisters. Another step on the way to hitting a major CF benchmark: 15x OHS at bodyweight (185# in my case).

    After the OHS session, did “Helen” per CFE programming in 11:10.

    Was not able to be there today, hated missing out on the OHS WOD. So, this afternoon, I did the WOD in my shed. Got 75#, PR. Got 80# up twice. Talked to myself a lot (heals! tight back! shoulders/arms locked! chest up! knees out!). After doing the WOD I did 21, 15 and 9 35# KB swings. My OHS goal is to get my weight, about 180. Awesome pic, Dennis!

    105# today for PR.
    Previous one rep max was 85 so I’m stoked with that.
    Also got my first two pull-ups today (Jake said I got one the other…and I believe him…but I’m a skeptic, lol). So, it was a good CF day!

    3×3 OHS = 135, 155, 165

    Then did the Master’s Chipper from Thursday

    Very humbled and encouraged at the same time after this WOD. Humbled that the winning master’s time was about half of my time and encouraged to think I can continue to improve and PR until I’m in in the master’s age division.
