    Good luck at the Barnyard Throwdown CFHSV competitors. Now please tell me what it is, where, and why I did not know about it.

      Thanks for the well wishes! Barnyard is a 3 man team competition in Ohatchee, Al to raise money for tornado victims there. 5 WODs today. Just a bunch of crazy Croasfitters running and thrusting with logs with a few rope climbs and deadlifts mixed in! 🙂 we are excited to represent CFHSV, have fun and support a the cause!

        Great cause and good luck. Wish I would have known. We need to get someone to track all the local comps so we can all compete. Go represent CFHSV.

          I went out there to see the competition and I must say it was LEGIT from the competitors to the venue (what a great spread out there in Ohatchee Alabama). Dennis I agree with you stuff like this should be in our newsletters so we could at least go out and support our box.

    WOD#3 6:02 scaled 24kg right and 20kg left

    8:28 @ 20 kg.

    Feeling tired but like I’m learning a lot as I challenge myself with these hard A wod’s .

    Had a lot of fun being a CF box rat today, Great job to everyone who joined us!

    Noon: 7:50, scaled to 135
    1pm: 7:45/92
    2pm: 6:27, scaled to 1.5 pood
    3pm: 12 + 7 Rx’d

    I’m worked, especially my hamstrings. I needed this though, miss those days of all day workouts.
