Krispy Kreme Challenge this morning….not sure of my time but I ran 4 miles without stopping which was a first for me 🙂 2 of those were after stuffing my face….I wanted to die around mile 3. Apparently I was one of the first ladies to finish that actually ate the whole DOZEN!
Gymnastics clinic was fun although probably not a great idea after this morning….forward rolls almost caused me to meet pukie. Great times!

Last two rounds were really sucky. Focussed on locking my abs before each lift. I’ve always had a nice deep inhale, just never locked my abs after breathing in. That’s why I usually look like a Halloween cat with my deadlifts.
Made it up to 145 on hang power snatch
